  • How can I book a Tour?

    You can book online or send us a request by email/Whatsapp. All tours must be prepaid with Visa, Mastercard, Paypal at the time of reservation. You can cancel for free up 24 hours before the date of the tour. In this case the prepaid amount will be refunded.

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    You can pay online using all Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercards, American Express). You can use Paypla even if you don't have an account, in this case you can use your Credit Card on Paypal platform.

  • What happens if I need to cancel the Tour?

    You can cancel the Tour up 24 hours before the departure date with no fee. In case of late cancellation or no show the total amount will be charged as fee.

    The total amount will be refunded if you cancel your Tour up 24 hours before the departure. 


  • Can you arrange a tailored Tour not mentioned on the website?

    We can arrange private tours to just about anywhere! Just contact us with your request, number of travellers and dates of travel and we will arrange a quote.

  • Are tours in English?

    All our private tours are conducted in English. Our drivers and guides are english speaking.

  • Where do you pick up guests?

    We pick up at Cruise Port, Train Station, Airport. We can arrange the pick up at the Hotel on request (sometimes we are not able to drive within the City center for traffic limitation)

  • Which are the meeting points?

    The meeting points are stated on the Tour description. You will be given full instructions on where to meet the tour on your confirmation email, which you receive once you have completed your reservation.
